Step 1. The Free Printable Easter Coloring Card collection includes these four cards and one blank envelope. All cards are blank on the inside.
You can click on the links to get each individual card or envelope (which all open as new windows), or you can download the entire collection as a zip file: Easter Cards

Step 2. Download the zip file, or the individual coloring cards, and print on plain computer paper. Fold the cards as quarter-fold cards. If you are unfamiliar with how to fold a quarter-fold card, then visit my free illustrated tutorial: Quarter-Fold Cards: How To Fold Them. When using plain computer paper, crayons and colored pencils are best, because colored markers will "bleed" through the paper. You can make envelopes that fit these quarter-fold cards by printing as many of the Blank Envelopes as needed. Get a free tutorial for hold to fold and glue the envelopes, which are suitable for mailing: Envelopes For Quarter-Fold Cards: How To Fold Them.

Step 3. The blank envelope will fit any quarter-fold card---so feel free to use the free printable blank envelope that comes with this collection for quarter-fold cards that you design and make yourself! The envelope can be secured with nothing more than a glue stick, and has been field-tested by being folded, glued, and mailed with first class postage via the United States Postal Service. The envelope arrived, intact, at its destination (there is a picture of the actual mailed envelope in the free tutorial given in Step 2). |

Step 4. Before stuffing the envelope with the Easter Card, be sure to decorate and fill in the inside of the card!!! If you are using these as an invitation to an Easter Party or any other Easter-related celebration, get a great tip for how to "personalize" a free printable card by visiting: Make A Baby Shower Invitation |

Step 5. As an alternative to printing these free printable Easter Coloring Cards on plain white computer paper, and using the free printable Blank Envelope, you can also print the cards on card stock (a heavier paper, found at stores like Office Depot and Target or Wal-Mart). Card stock makes a nice weight of paper for using colored markers and even adding glitter! You can purchase envelopes that fit quarter-old cards in office-supply stores like Office Depot. Look for envelopes that are marked "Invitation" or with measurements of 4-3/8 x 5-3/4". |

Step 6. If you don't want to purchase Invitation-sized envelopes, the free printable Blank Envelope can easily be used for cards printed on card stock.
This completes the tutorial for the free printable Easter Coloring Cards offered by Jan's Reading Room. |
